Spring Updates

Slowly but surely I've been working on some fun new stuff! It's hard to not make everything out there right now! (Thanks a lot, Pinterest).

Have you seen my Etsy shop lately? Or what about my Facebook Page? I've been working on them! I do giveaways every once in a while on Facebook so make sure you "like" September Skye so you don't miss out!

If you've been interested in the Pleated Handbag (the bigger, more-options-than-all-the-other handbags), you will be happy to know they are now $30! I have 3 available right now but also take orders on these!

By  popular request, the Flouncy Bag now has pockets!! Same price but better suited for you! I do have two Flouncy Bags left that don't have pockets, so if you don't care about pockets, they are $15/each! What a steal! :)

One of the newest unofficial products of September Skye are these casserole carriers! I don't know how long I'll keep them around as a product but for now they are fun to make and seriously, I say this about everything I make, it would make a great gift! :) They are full insulated with Insul-Brite batting, 100% cotton, velcro closure and long straps for easy carrying. They fit a 9x13 casserole dish! I have 1 available right now and will take orders on them if you have a specific color/print preference. They are $25/each.

Pleated Handbag

The Pleated Handbag is the perfect size for all day-to-day items as well as a few extras (water bottle, book, crochet supplies..:))!

 It is larger than both the Flouncy and Folklore bag. It has pockets in the interior to hold things as cards, cell phones, lipstick. Also, comes with detachable flower embellishment. 

The Pleated Handbag measures 14" wide at top, 17.5" wide at widest part and is 12.5" tall.

What September Skye's been up to..

I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day! I had a blast making it an extra special day for my girls and a couple of my nieces. We did lots of activities and I was exhausted by the end of the day. :) You can check out all about the projects I did for Valentines on my craft blog: The Craft Project

Just wanted to fill you in on whats been going on with September Skye recently. The last couple months, I've had the amazing opportunity to donate some bags to two really awesome causes in our area. One of them being a New Years Gala that raised money for the Menkes Foundation and the Gwendolyn Strong Foundation. Also, an auction benefiting the Boys and Girls Club in my hometown. Thanks to all of those who showed up and supported these auctions! We have such a great community of givers!

I've done a few custom orders this winter on Baby Ankle Booties. They are so cute and adorable. 

Also, since spring seems to be right around the corner (are your tulip bulbs popping up too?!), I ordered some new fabrics for the Pleated Handbag and the Flouncy bag...I just have a feeling these are going to be the cutest ones yet! I rarely use the same fabric twice, so most bags are one of a kind! Keep checking back to see when their posted!! Here is a sample of fabrics..

Last but not least, I have a STOCK PILE of washcloths started! So if you need an Easter basket filler, a hostess gift, housewarming gift or Mother's Day gift..these are awesome for that! I will be posting pics in the next couple weeks of the colors that I have pre-made. But as always, you're welcome to order whatever colors you desire! Turn around for washcloths is about a week.
